Shipping & Returns

Shipping
All Orders usually ship within 48 hours once the order has been placed. Orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once the order has shipped from the warehouse. All orders are shipped by UPS and a signature is required upon reception. Maison Milan guarantees delivery everywhere in Canada within the next 2 weeks following the order.  In case this delay cannot be applied, we will inform you of it in the next 48 hours following your order.

Order tracking
When we are ready to ship, an email and tracking number will be sent to you keep this tracking number to track the shipment of your order at any time on the UPS website.

Returns
We do not offer return or refund.  If the product is damaged, please communicate with us.  Please read the product description and measurements carefully to ensure the size works for you.  On the product page, you will find a description and realistic photos on the right.  You can also contact our customer service department by email at info@maisonmilan.com or by phone at +1 (514) 804-9986.
