- Rotation system for perfect cooking: No need to take the pizza out of the oven! It is the only compact oven with an innovative system with a round cordierite refractory stone. The wheel will allow you to turn your pizza during cooking to obtain an evenly cooked pizza.
- Removable door: The door will allow you to optimize the heating time of the oven.
- Fast cooking in 60s: 1 minute is the time it will take to obtain a perfectly cooked pizza!
- Fuels: To fuel your oven, you will have the choice: use wood, briquettes or pellets. Use the hatch just above the drawer to restock your oven while cooking.
- Integrated thermometer: A successful pizza is a pizza cooked to perfection. Thanks to the built-in thermometer, you can easily monitor the temperature of your oven. It takes about 15 minutes to get the right cooking temperature: 400°C.
